Payment

To finalize your booking you must pay the 50% deposit via Venmo, Cash App, Paypal after we have discussed your event via email or direct messaging on our Instagram page. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The rest of the payment must be made 24 hours before the event.

Oops policy

Oops accidents happen! However if anything is excessively stained due to wine or food as well as damaged, broken. We kindly ask that you honestly let us know. Please do not steal. We will hold you liable for damages up to the cost of the item only. When we arrive to clean up we glance over, for missing or damaged items. Napkins and table linens are allowed to be used as intended just not abused. Examples are a bottle of red wine falling over and damaging rugs, napkins,  runners. It doesn'thappen often.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Although playing in the rain can be fun and romantic, please keep the weather in mind when booking. If the weather is truly miserable we can move your picnic inside under the shelters in most parks. We can also move your picnic to your home. We would love to RESCHEDULE your event rather than cancel, because the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have a true emergency we can reschedule your event to the following week.
